How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@linkaiil.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Please include the following information in your email:

- The date of your purchase
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
What is Refundable
- Subscription Fees: Your monthly or annual subscription fee is fully refundable within 30 days.
What is Not Refundable
- Usage-Based Fees: Any usage-based fees (e.g., per-conversation charges, API usage) are not refundable.
- Add-On Services: Additional services purchased separately may not be eligible for refund.
Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you will retain access to the Services until the end of that period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
